The Wellbeing Line continues to support staff working in health and care across Gloucestershire through the direct access helpline – 0300 421 7500.

We also have a call back option, enabling people to ‘Request A Call’ back without a set appointment time, and The Wellbeing Line will contact them at our earliest availability within two working days.

The Wellbeing Line is not an emergency service – if there is an immediate danger to life, please dial 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency Department. If you are in crisis and need immediate support and guidance you can contact the Gloucestershire Crisis Team by dialing 111 from any phone and selecting the appropriate option when prompted. If you need to talk to someone urgently about your mental health, at any time of day or night, then you can call the Samaritans (FREE) on 116 123. If you need help, but it is not urgent or an emergency, then you can contact the NHS directly by calling 111.

If you are an International Medical Graduate GP Trainee enquiring about the Social Prescribing offer, your email will be passed on to the Social Prescribing team who will respond to your enquiry within 7 days.
